• We can accommodate 50-500 guests seated
• Parking is convenient & free 
• Music (DJ & live bands) is allowed at the venue until midnight. 
• Security guard $500 (Required for all events and my increase due to event type)
• Sound system Included in rental (speaker & mic)
• Hold the date: $500 (non-refundable for any cancellations)
• Bar Service starts at 5 pm and closes at 11:30 pm
• Rental hours start at 9 am until 12:00 am

               *Additional set up time maybe requested for a fee

• Large dance floor with dance lights
• Round tables & chairs included
